 Festival\, organised by the Czech Centre London.\n\nBohemian Symphony Orch
 estra Prague comes to Newcastle on Thursday 5 November 2026. At All Saints
  Presbyterian Church\, the orchestra presents some of the finest music Eur
 ope has produced. Works by Vivaldi\, Mozart\, Bach and other giants of the
  repertoire are performed by members of the Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Pr
 ague in a chamber ensemble. The young Czech virtuoso Matteo Hager appears 
 as soloist.\n\nIn autumn 2026\, All Saints Presbyterian Church in Newcastl
 e plays host to a rare musical occasion. The celebrated Bohemian Symphony 
 Orchestra Prague\, long admired on the world's great stages\, brings a pro
 gramme of genuine classical treasures to England in chamber formation.\nAt
  the heart of the evening is Vivaldi's The Four Seasons. This timeless Bar
 oque masterpiece still captivates audiences the world over\, and its extra
 ordinary powers of description are the reason why: listeners feel the turn
 ing of the seasons unfolding in front of them.\nThe programme also feature
 s Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik\, Bach's Air on the G String\, and Pache
 lbel's Canon in D\, long a byword for occasions both ceremonial and romant
 ic. Handel's Water Music completes the Baroque portion of the evening.\n\n
 The soloist is the gifted young violinist Matteo Hager\, a graduate of the
  Royal Academy of Music\, who is currently pursuing a master’s degree at
  the Royal College of Music in London. Matteo is a recipient of the Christ
 opher Hogwood Scholarship. “Matteo is one of the most striking violin ta
 lents of his generation. What sets him apart is not only that he is a virt
 uoso violinist\, but that he is a remarkably gifted composer as well\,” 
 says the renowned Czech violinist Václav Hudeček\, who helped launch Hag
 er's career. “Even as a child he could play the virtuoso concertos of Tc
 haikovsky and Paganini. That is why he could be described as a virtuoso fr
 om a very early age. He has an extraordinary musical future ahead of him\,
